Samples will be charged for at the regular price plus P&P.

This charge (less P&P) will be credited if the sample is returned in its original condition or if subsequently an order is placed.

Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts at Bank of England base rate plus 8%.

No responsibility will be accepted for any shortage or faulty goods if not informed within 7 days from the date of delivery. No further responsibility will be accepted after further processing.

We will endeavour to complete the order or deliver the goods within the time agreed (if any) but we will in no circumstances be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by any delay in completion of the order or delivery of the goods.

If the despatch of goods when ready for delivery is delayed at the purchasers request we reserve the right to render an invoice, call for payment and to arrange storage at the purchaser’s expense.

Goods remain the property of Diamond Textiles Ltd until full payment has been received.
