Delivery & Returns
When do we deliver?
We aim to despatch items that are in stock within 3 days and usually on a next day service (within mainland England only). If an item is out of stock we aim to despatch these within 28 days from point of order (unless otherwise stated).
Got something to return?
Returns are only accepted for faulty goods. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order for us to accept the return; where we can then arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Unfortunately we are unable to accept responsibility for faulty goods that have subsequently been embroidered.
